Jammu, Sept 30: Following other scams in various departments in J&K, one more Rs 2 crore pension scam unearthed in AG office.
The authorities at the AG office have suspended an employee, who allegedly used forged signatures and dispatch numbers in connivance with two of the retired employees of the AG office and some treasury employees for processing pension cases that were not admissible.
After an enquiry, the AG office concluded that one Harkesh Meena and few others were processing non-admissible pension cases using forged signatures and dispatch numbers.
