JAMMU, Jan 16: NC MLAs on Monday asked BJP legislators to resign after the government had over ruled their resolution of not providing compensation to stone pelters.
NC MLA Rana asked BJP members to resign now that the govt had rejected and over ruled their resoulution.
MLAs Devendra Singh Rana, Ali Muhammad Sagar, Main Altaf, G M Saroori and the entire opposition raise slogans 'Dogli sarkar hai hai'.
MLAs said the Deputy CM and BJP Ministers were here when the CM announced compensation but during a BJP meeting they seconded what BJP decided that compensation to stone pelters would be opposed by the party.
The situation caused embarrassment to BJP.
