Jammu, Sep 27: No doubts, Mandeep Kour & Dr Devansh Yadav are doing their best to streamline the system in Jammu Municipal Corporation but there are some blacksheeps, who are trying to make it as a failure?
However, with the personal efforts of both Officers, Recruitment Rules of Jammu Municipal were finalized, which were otherwise hanging in fire since years by this way or the other for the reasons best known to concerned officers causing harassment to lot of innocents, who retired without further promotions but some blue eyed enjoyed their position without rules & acts.
However, RTI reply of raised some more questions on concerned officers for hiding information, which is evident clear from the below reply provided by CPIO, JMC & paradise reply if gone through shall speak of illegalitys & wrong doing being done in JMC since long.
Serious issue needed to be enquired by Commissioner, JMC is that a serious complaint with proof stands mailed to Commissioner, JMC on 25.08.2026 along with with audio proof but strange RTI reply reads that "No such Complaint has been received in this office" Whether it was to be received by CPIO Office, no doubts a serious issue that how a matter of serious concern, which is still on record on my mail & official mail of Commissioner, JMC, needed actions that where it has gone & whom it was marked for actions on 25th August to take the defaulting officer to task?
In reply to para 3 & 4, it is a matter of high level enquiry that order dtd 03.01.2023 issued by Govt is of different designation but question was of allowing to work on different & higher cadre post & that too in violation of RR's * if "No such Order Available in Records" how official being allowed to work & with whose authority is a matter of high level enquiry?
Other side, it clearly speaks of illegal Building Permissions, which has been signed by these 02 officials since years without authority needed to be treated as cancelled, if no authority has authorized them to work on said post as Building Officer?
However RTI reply & MOM of 4.09.2025 if gone thoroughly shall speak the working of various officer/officials of JMC. Ist Appeal is being filed over the incomplete reply provided by CPIO.
