Jammu, Sep 20: J&K LG Manoj Sinha wile speaking in SKAUST said that certain land laws which were discriminatory against farmers especially in Jammu have been changed and now there is no discrimination between Jammu and Kashmir regions.
But, it still remained a question on that his time bound orders passed in Administrative Councils Decision No 17/1/2022 dtd 29th Jan 2022b followed by G.O.No 18-JK(Rev) of 2022 dtd 4th Feb 2022 with directions to DCs to complete the said exercise of delineations of Khads lands in three months is still in air despite lapse of 19 months.
