J&K's Zaira Wasim, The Dangal Movie Girl, Scores Dangal In Class 10th Board Exams

 

SRINAGAR: Jammu & Kashmir’s girl Zaira Wasim, who played the role of young Geeta Phogat in Aamir Khan’s movie ‘Dangal’, has secured  whooping 92 per cent marks in the class X board examination.

The board exams were conducted in November when the Valley was going through one of the lengthiest civilian unrest following the killing of millitant commander Burhan Wani.

Boys outshone girls in the Class X exam result declared by the J&K Board of School Education (BOSE) today. A total of 83 per cent students qualified the exam.

The pass percentage of boys is 84.61 per cent and the girls is 81.45 per cent.
