Jammu, Sept 03: CS, J&K while reiterating his earlier directions over Art 311 and Art 226 directed all Administrative Secretaries to ensure that all cases falling under the ambit of Art 311 are identified, internally reviewed and timely processed to ensure hygiene in the system.
Besides the Chief Secretary instructed that the pending cases under Art 226 should also be addressed accordingly.
