JAMMU, Jan 11: Finance Minister Haeeb Drabu, during Budget presentation said in honour of former chief minister of Jammu Kashmir, late Mufti Sayeed, the government would start a football league in his name in which all leagues of the state would participate.
Sources told Cross Town News that the working of the league is going to be Jammu and Kashmir Football Association.
