Sports will help youth to remain away from Drugs in J&K: GA Mir

JAMMU,Jan 04  : A function was  organized by Jammu United Footbal Club, today at Press Club Jammu in which Mr. Mir President JKPCC was the chief guest.

Mir launched  first Footbal Academy in Jammu and also launched its Membership Drive . Speaking on the occasion he said that youth of J&K are strong enough to compete in any game including football but due to lack of facilities, they remain behind.

PCC President congratulated Mr. Narinder Gupta, chairman of the clubs and  his colleagues for setting up of first  every Footbal Academy which will go a long way to attract  youth towards games, especially football which is the most popular game in the world. It will also help the youth to remain away from bad habits including drugs etc.

Narinder Gupta said that he himself is a football player and wants to encourage the youth towards Footbal game and that’s why he set up the Footbal Academy at GM Science College Ground and it will provide all sorts of facilities to interested youth free of cast .

Other members of the Clubs present were S. Amerjit Singh, Sadesh Sharma, Asok Kumar, Pravez Iqbal Mir,  Ankush Gupta, Manohar Babber,  Vijay Kumar, Suresh Gujpta, Mukesh  Kumar, Ramesh |Kumar, Rajinder Kumar, Rajesh |Sambyal, Chetan  Sharma(CA) and others.
