JAMMU, Oct 09: Royal Nest Flats Managements making nearby Houses like sests in Jammu and turning Blind eye to People requests staying nearby by and even not nothered about their lives.
It is usual affair for Royal Nest Flats in Trikuta Nagar, for creating nuissance for nearby Houses, and most of the times the water Sneaks into nearby Houses because of low quality of Boundary Walls done and then making drains along with nearby Houses, which leads to flood like situation in nearby Houses.
On 12th of July 2021, Water sneaked in nearby Houses of Royal nest Flast , whereas in one House , Flood like situation was there , after having a look at Videos by one Vimal Angmoo and by visist on Site by one Engineer Naresh, they agreed to carry on work.
When ever it rain, water sneaked into houses, and the concerned person kept on requesting the Owner Vimal and Engineer Naresh, both of them followed dilly dallying approach of not doing work.
On 27th September, Engineer Naresh again to follow dilly dallying approach sent a Meesge that work will be done next week , on 28th September , concerned ,said , hopefully it will done this time.
But next Week is also over , neither Owner Vimal nor engineer Naresh bothered for lives of others as Wall can fall , if water will create Flood like situation, in the house , due to wate entering through wall from Royal nest flats side.
