No Compromise On Non-compliance Of Court Orders, Comply Order Or ACS(H&ME) To Appear In Person: High Court

Srinagar, July 19: The Jammu Kashmir High Court in a contempt plea held that it will not compromise on the non-implementation of the orders passed by it despite providing ample opportunities to the government for filing the compliance report and granted three weeks' last opportunity to the Health and Medical Education department to submit the compliance of the order regarding release of salaries and arrears in favour of the class-IV employees of the department.

The court ordered that failing which, the court directed Additional Chief Secretary H&ME department and Director, Health Services Kashmir to appear in person before it on August 10, 2021 but in the event order is implemented, the officers need not to appear in person before the Court on the next date of hearing,
