Jammu, Feb 24: The Jammu and Kashmir Anti Corruption Bureau booked former Settlement Officer Jammu Saleem Mohammad and former Patwari of Bari Brahamana Atta Mohammad for illegal mutation of land worth crores of rupees in favour of six beneficiaries.
An FIR has been registered for illegal mutation under Section 121 of Land Revenue Act against the former Settlement Officer Jammu, Saleem Mohammad and Atta Mohammad, then Patwari (now retired) & the beneficiaries include property dealer Abdul Hamid, his wife Shabnam Kousar, daughter Arosa Choudhary, Sehaz Akhtar and Skikan Singh.
