Ranchi, Aug 15: Mahendra Singh Dhoni, on Saturday, announced his retirement from all forms of the game to bring down the curtain on a career that saw him become the only Captain to win all three major International Cricket Council (ICC) trophies — the World
and the Champions Trophy.
In a post on Instagram on Saturday, Dhoni wrote: "Thanks. Thanks for ur love and support throughout. from 1929 hrs consider me as Retired"
Within less than an hour of MS Dhoni announced his retirement, senior Indian cricketer Suresh Raina also announced his retirement. Raina also took to social media to announce his retirement like Dhoni.
