Protest On Eid:: Tourism Department Employees Held A Rally Towards CM Residence, Lathi Charged On The Way

SRIANGAR, July 06: J&K Tourism department employees on the  day of Eid  held protests demanding release of their pending salaries and they said  when salary is pending for two years, how can they celebrate their Eid.

As  per reports, when  the protesting youth took out rally from their office, Jammu and Kashmir Police  lathi-charged the employees. 

The employees said that 275 casual labourers are without salary for last two years and the government is not listenning to them and   are paid Rs 4500 a month by the Tourism department.
