JAMMU JUNE 25: The Education Department is going to hold Transfer Mela at all zonal headquarters of District Jammu from June 27 upto June 29, 2016.
In this context all the Lecturers, Masters and Teachers of District Jammu with over two years stay as on date at present place of posting are informed to fill the information as per Proforma available with the concerned Zonal Education Officer and submit the same. The proforma with detailed information shall be submitted on any date as mentioned above from 10:00 A.M to 4:00 P.M so that their transfer case may be considered in the Transfer Mela.
Further any Officer/ Official with over two years stay at present place of posting who fails to submit the detailed information as per Proforma within prescribed dates & times, he/ she shall be transferred at the discretion of the transferring authority.
Medical cases/ disability cases if any shall be considered only after submission of documentary proof.
