NEW DELHI, Feb 14: Supreme Court has issued Notice to Centre on detention of former J&K CM Omar Abdullah.
One of the Advocate who heard the case informed Cross Town News that Supreme Court adjourns Omar Abdullha's detention hearing till March 2nd.
Sister of Omar Abdullah , Sara Abdullah , who is wife of Rajasthan Dy CM Sachin Pilot, has filed plea in Supreme Court challenging Decision to keep Omar Abdullah under detentiona and slapping of Public Safety Act (PSA).
Advocate Kapil Sibbal for Sara Abdullah urged for early date than March 2nd.
Sara Abdullah while speaking to Cross Town News representaive in Delhi said "All Citizen of India should have same rights. We have full belief in Judiciary System."
It is pertinent to mention that three former J&K Chief Ministers are under detention in J&K including Mehbooba Mufti and Farooq Abdullah.
