SRINAGAR, Dec 02: A fire was averted on Sunday night in a posh market in Srinagar, likely hat shop owners who have defied an undeclared shutdown against Scrapping of Article 370.
As per reports, an inflammable substance was sprinkled in Residency Road but alert residents of the building foiled the attempt to set the shops on fire.
