Jammu Administration Issues Guidelines; To Be Implemented Or New Stories To Be Started Again?

Jammu, Nov 19: It is  a fact that many Officers of Jammu revenue wing are harassing innocents for clearance of their lands in gair mumkin khad issues also openly speaks of corruption, a proof can be seen from the snapshots.

Pertinent to mention here that one applicant moved an application of change of title of his 12 M land at Greater Kailash & in the same lane there is 99% construction but only 1% plots are vacant, which  nomenclatured as Gair Mumkin Khad & Patwari never entered the right entry in girdawari as per actual  during girdawaries.

Revenue Department/Flood Control Department accorded its NOC's  & thereafter then D C Jammu asked ACR Jammu to discus on 06.3.2019 vide receipt no. 165715/2019/CRU  Dated 12.3.2019, as already NOC's  for issuance of fard in Gair Mumkin Khads were issued by then DC Jammu but then ACR, C.P. Kotwal started a new story for vested considerations, which had never ended till today.

Strange to publicize that, after sitting on file for three months a committee headed by ADC was constituted for the said one plot vide order dated 21.6.2019 for the issue & reportedly committee visted the spot but no disposal till date is a high level enquiry to detect a corruption scam in the adminstration.

Now, a new story again strikes that all old NOC's issued are thrown in the dust bin & new guidelines had been issued vide order dated 4.11.2019 by which again innocents will have to run here & there like beggers for their legal right & that day will never come.

Either, DC should act on the officers for non compliance of orders to submit the report within one month time prescribed or people will be simply harrassed once again.
