Jammu, Nov 16: The ongoing strike is being observed against the issue of snatching of Registration powers from Judicial Officers and given to already overburdened revenue authorities.
The members of the Bar Association also sat on a massive Dharna. The members in one voice agitated against the decision of government to transfer of registration.
The members gave the ultimatum to J&K UT Administration to immediately divert back the registration powers to Judicial Officers & warned the government to get ready to face the heat of this wrong decision of diverting of registration powers in few days.
The members of the Bar again appealed to Lt Governor GC Murmu, and Home Minister Amit Shah to invite J&K High Court Bar Association Jammu for resolving the matter soon
