REASI, JUNE 04: The IRP Ist Battalion organised 3 day Inter Coy Tournament here at Battalion headquarters for promoting sports activities and physical fitness among the jawans.
The tournament was inaugurated by Tej Ram Katoch-SSP (Commandant IRP 1st Bn.) in presence of Ravi Kumar Gupta-SP (Bn. Quarter Master) and Devinder Singh Bandral, DySP (Nodal officer Sports).
During the tournament, various teams and athletes participated in the Volleyball, Kabaddi, Tug of War, 400 mtrs race and 100 mtrs race.
In the Volleyball Final match A Coy team defeated HQ Coy , while in Kabaddi Final match was won by HQ Coy by defeating E Coy.
The Tug of war final was won by E Coy by defeating HQ Coy team .
