NEW DELHI, June 01: Petrol price was hiked today by Rs 2.58 a litre and diesel by Rs 2.26 per litre, the second increase in rates this month.
Indian Oil Corp said “The current level of international product prices of petrol and diesel and INR-USD exchange rate warrant increase in price of petrol and diesel, the impact of which is being passed on to the consumers with this price revision."
