JAMMU, Aug 21: Accoring to a GAD order No 1133 of 2015 dtd 21/08/15 , Prof. Amitabh Mattoo, former Vice Chancellor of the University of Jammu, is appointed as Advisor to the Chief Minister Jammu & Kashmir Muft Sayeed , with the status of a Cabinet Minister. By order of the Government of Jammu and Kashmir.
