Jammu, May 8: The work culture of officers can be noted in President/Governors rule that how the officers work to act on complaints filed in so called Governors Grievance Cell.
A live example of such a high headness of bosses can be observed from the snap shot that a grievance was forwarded by Governors Grievance Cell to top boss of the province, the Div Com, Jammu on 20.03.2019, which was further forwarded by the Admin Div Com to Chief Engineer, Irrigation, Jammu on but the Chief Engineer did not bothered to reply the facts to the Div Com for further forwarding to Grievance cell.
Pertinent to mention here that after a lapse of 48 days neither Governors Grievance Cell nor Div Com prefffered to act for non complianc speaks how the jobs of innocents are sorted out in J&K & is a question mark on the presidents administration...?
