JAMMU, May 02: On 29th April doctors at the Government Hospital in Akhnoor referred a woman to SMGS in Jammu but no ambulance was provided by the hospital despite and family of woman alledged that the Ambulance was available.
Then the family board a private bus to reach Jammu but on the way the child was delivered with the help of a pharmacist.
As per reports , Director Health has constituted a two-member committee to inquire into it.
