JAMMU, MARCH 24- Chairperson J&K State Social Welfare Board, Nirmal Gupta today inspected Kasturba Gandhi National Memorial Trust (KGNMT) day care crèche centres at Mishriwala, Deharan and Darkhal to take stock of the facilities being provided to children.
State representative of the trust Ms. Tara Behl accompanied the Chairperson.
While interacting with the staff of the Creche Centres, Ms Gupta directed them to provide healthy and nutritious meal to the children for their proper physical and mental development. She also exhorted upon them to take care of hygienic aspect while preparation of meals.
Mrs. Gupta further asked the concerned for maintaining sanitation in and around these Creche Centres. She also distributed fruits among the children.
