Sat Sharma promotes Swach Bharat at GMC Jammu and Sarwal Hospital

JAMMU, Feb 23: To commemorate the birth anniversary of His Holiness Satguru Baba Hardev Singh Ji,  a cleanliness drive under the banner of ‘Swach Bharat Abhiyan’ was carried out by SNM (Sant Nirankari Mandal) in partnership with Union Ministry of Urban Development in which massive cleanliness drives were carried out in hospitals across multiple cities of the country. In Jammu, the drive was started by State President BJP and MLA Jammu West Sat Sharma (CA) in Government Medical College, Jammu and Government Hospital, Sarwal where a large number of people including hundreds of Nirankaris and many people hailing from Jammu province participated.

Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that it is a great initiative taken by the SNM which will definitely promote the vision of our Prime Minister Narendra Modi who wants to build a clean and green nation.

He also appreciated the efforts of Union Ministry of Urban Development and hundreds of Nirankaris present who tirelessly carried on with the drive for three and a half hours and cleaned major areas of both the hospitals.

He stated that the participation of local citizens in the drive has also brought a great difference and it shows that not only our Prime Minister but the whole nation today wants to build a clean India so that a neat and clean aura could be built around us. He also insisted on carrying such drives in each and every locality as well to fulfill the mission of Swach Bharat.
