High Court orders not bothered by officers in J&K

JAMMU, Feb  10:  It is pertinent to mention here that in SWP 1674 OF 2013, it was ordered to consider the case of applicant within a period of six weeks as prayed in the writ petition vide order dated 09.03.2015. The order was not taken care of by the big bosses in the administration. A contempt petition No. 158 of 2015 was filed by the applicant on 09.05.2015, in which it was ordered by the HHC to file compliance report within two weeks thereafter on 06.07.2015 personal appearance of Secretary PSC was called but till date no outcome, speaks how the Hon’ble Court orders are bothered by the officers. In SWP 1676 OF 2013 it stands ordered by HHC to file affidavit in response to supplementary affidavit filed by the applicant & lot of time last & final opportunity is granted, counter closed but big bosses are not bothering for till date causing delay in justice& speaks of supremacy.

Shall some authority verify department wise details of pending objections/cases to pull on such like incompetent officers for which they are paid?

It is the need of the day to take strict actions on such like officers by the Governor to teach lesson to others for noncompliance of HHC orders, otherwise it is a clear matter of “DELAY IN JUSTICE IS DENIAL OF JUSTICE”.
