Jammu, October 07: Taking a big turn & a big jolt to J&K Govt, where law is not bothered & innocents are harrassed by the big bosses, Supreme Court ordered to J&K Govt. to accomodate Mehraj-uddin-Khan, who was born in the Rural Development Department as Junior Engineer on a diploma from corrspondance Institute as Commissioner/Secretary to Govt..
Pertinent to mention here that recently, Supreme Court had ordered to J&K Govt.to induct him in KAS & he was inducted with all benifits.

Now Supreme Court directeds "As on today , if any KAS officer junior to respondant (M.D.Khan) is holding the post of Commissioner/Secretary to the Govt, the respondant shall be accomodated in any one of the post of Commissioner/Secreetary by shifting any one of the officer"
The court orders listing of the case on 10th of October,2017.
It speaks that where there is a will there is a way. M.D.Khan shall be an example for others that how to snatch their rights from Govt.
It shall follow with the intelligence & competance of the state Govt's big bosses, who were the main creator & needed to be punished........
