Jammu, October 07: It is well aware of the fact that there is open confrontration between MLA, Inderwal & RD&PR, Minister, Haq Khan as MLA, Inderwal had detected lot of scam of the RDD & filed privilege motion againest the Minister, RD&PR, Haq Khan.
In between that clashes MLA's brother was transferred from Indewal to Khallani block & the JE, Irshad Ahmad Saroori filed a SWP No. 2448/2017 in High Court at Jammu. Justice Tashi Rabstan in High Court at Jammu passedan orders of status quo on the transfer orders of the JE issued by the department.
