JAMMU: DY CM Nirmal Singh made surprise visits to various Power offices and localities in Jammu on Monday night .
Sources told Cross Town News that Dy CM started round at 10 pm and was on round of city for well past 12 o clock.
Sources further added that Dy CM has called for actions aginst few.
DC Jammu Rajiv Ranjan and others were along with Dy CM.
