NEW DELHI, August 11: Ankit Love, together with Prof. Bhim Singh, chief of the Panthers Party and Chairman of Supreme Court International Committee of Lawyers, attended an emergency meeting of the Supreme Court Bar Council today concerning the Air Pollution Pandemic.
Ankit Love and Prof. Bhim Singh met and lobbied top Supreme Court advocates, and Chief Justice of India, Jagdish Singh Khehar concerning the criminally out of hand Air Pollution Pandemic that kills over 1.2 million people in India each year, and costs the Indian economy ?6.5 million crores ($1 trillion) annually according to the World Bank.
Ankit Love and the lawyers discussed that if alternative clean energy tech such as solar power and hydrogen fuels already exist, then measures may need to be taken by the Supreme Court in potentially dissolving the government for criminal negligence on mass scale as not witnessed in Indian history since the partition, 70 years ago in August 1947, around about 2 million people were killed and the State of Jammu and Kashmir was thrown into war that counties till date.
Ankit Love with the lawyers discussed the potential of a lawful and bloodless coup d’etat by the Indian Army under emergency legislation of Article 352 of the Constitution of India, to save the lives and heath of the Indian people.
Ankit Love is scheduled to fight the Panthers Party leadership election on August 26.
