Jammu, Nov 4: Following his takeover as Chief Executive Officer of the Patnitop Development Authority (PDA), Rakesh Dubey (JKAS) has signaled a zero-tolerance policy toward administrative delay, public non-compliance, and unauthorized construction within the jurisdiction.
While opening direct access for the public and staff to resolve grievances on the spot, the CEO emphasized that unnecessary delays in public service delivery or failure to comply with administrative protocols will not be tolerated.
Upon observing acts of non-compliance and official lapses, CEO Rakesh Dubey direcetd the concerned officials to enforce accountability.
A specialized high-level committee has been framed to inspect and identify unauthorized constructions and building violations across various locations under PDA jurisdiction.
The committee is mandated to submit a factual report within 20 days to guide further legal and administrative actions.
The CEO explicitly warned against construction activities without valid permission.
