Jammu, Nov 3: During surprise inspection of GMC, Jammu, while speaking to Media Persons, Sakina Ittoo, Minister Health appreciated Dr Ashutosh Gupta, GMC Principal for bringing improvement in GMC's infrastructure by all means.
Minister had an extensive round of the hospital including emergency areas, Indoor wards, diagnostic area including MRI and Blood Bank.
She also interacted with the HoDs and Faculty members and listen to their suggestions regarding the improvement of functioning of the hospital and GMC .
She assured support and also suggested measures regarding improvement of hospital especially emergency services.
She added that Govt had sanctioned 02 MRI's as per the urgent need of patients.
While inspections of Blood Bank & indoor wards, she appreciated the whole administration of GMC for proper services to public.
She also interacted with HOD's & others & assured to resolve the issues & needs on priority.
She said that we are planning to increase staff strength in GMC to relieve patients from heavy rush but happy to see a good change in improvements in GMC in all aspects.
She committed that soon, Govt will provide some more faciltys in GMC to ease patients from more not suffering from difficulty's?
