SRINAGAR, Nov 2: The Crime Branch’s Economic Offences Wing, Jammu, has filed a chargesheet against four persons in an alleged fraudulent procurement of Permanent Resident Certificates (PRCs) through fabricated census records and lineage details.
The chargesheet was submitted before the Additional Sessions Judge, Anti-Corruption Court, Jammu, in connection with FIR No. 11/2013 registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the RPC, read with Section 5(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
