SRINAGAR, Oct 24: The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) Kashmir of Crime Branch has filed a chargesheet against a Budgam resident accused of defrauding investors of approximately Rs 2 crore by promising monthly returns of 10 per cent.
The chargesheet in FIR No. 07/2025 under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) has been submitted before the Court of Forest Magistrate, Srinagar, against Junaid Ul Islam, son of Nazir Ahmad Baba, a resident of Alamdar Colony, Charar-i-Sharief, Budgam.
