Jammu, Oct 21: There are countless issues of powers clashes between Astt Ex Engineers & BDOs in Jammu and Kashmir since years.
Now, again a dispute on communication of BDO addressed to AEE on vacation of Office is in discussions.
People aware of matter told Cross Town News that otherwise BDO could have spoken personally to AEE or to Xen but his communication got equal treatment as AEE reverted back in tought words.
