JAMMU, Oct 21: DIG Udhampur-Reasi range Swarn Singh Kotwal today chaired a meeting and reviewed law and order situation.
Soon after taking over as the DIG, Kotwal reiterated his commitment to maintain law and order, strengthening police-public relations and ensuring professional policing. He emphasized zero-tolerance approach against drug trafficking, terrorism and narco-terrorism, and stressed the need for pro-active policing, intelligence sharing and public cooperation to dismantle such networks and ensure peace and security across the range.
Kotwal, issued necessary directions to the concerned officers.
