Baramulla, Oct 4: ARTO Baramulla Mudasir Wani conducted inspections at several locations and sealed seven car dealer showrooms for allegedly operating without the required trade authorization.
The action was carried out pursuant to the directions of the Transport Commissioner, Jammu & Kashmir, as part of the department’s continued efforts to curb unauthorized vehicle dealerships and ensure strict compliance with transport regulations.
The drive is aimed at ensuring that vehicle dealers operate in accordance with the prescribed rules and maintain all mandatory permissions and documents.
The Transport Department has reiterated that strict enforcement measures will be taken against establishments found operating in violation of the applicable norms.
