Bhubaneswar , Oct 04: The Special Court of Vigilance, Bhubaneswar convicted a retired RTO in the disproportionate assets case and awarded a rigorous imprisonment for a period of three years and imposed a fine of ₹1 lakh on him.
Manoj Kumar Mohanty, former RTO, Balangir (Retired), was charge sheeted by Odisha Vigilance in a case U/s 13(2) r/w 13(1)(e) of PC Act, 1988 for possessing disproportionate assets.
