Jammu, Oct 04: Jammu Master Plan 2032 was notified, years back in March, 2017 & was allowed to applicable without framing of "Zonal Plans" in violations due to incompetence of concerned officers but thereafter, its review, begun in October 2021, still final notification awaited.
It is a big question on the concerned Officers of the Time for faulty framing of MPs that wrong "Zonings" were marked, as "Proposed Roads" were marked in Master Plan in 2017 were neither taken up by any of the department nor any further notification of such roads were issued by Jammu Dev Authority but JDA allowed illegal constructions in said so called "Proposed Roads" but who so ever applied for legal building permissions, said BP Case was rejected by CTP/STPs by quoting "Proposed Roads".
However, after publications , it came to Notice of Govt, following which said so called "Proposed Roads" have been deleted from revised ,Master Plan 2032 but still the final notifcation is awaited.
