Jammu, Sep 25:DB of CAT restrained J&K Govt to make any promotion to the post of Assistant Executive Engineers.
In O.A./1204/2026 (JAMMU) [ PROMOTION ] titled RANDEEP SHARMA Vs JAL SHAKTI DEPARTMENT after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
Reply to the petition has not been filed by learned counsels for official as well as private respondents.
Let the same be filed by learned counsels for official as well as private respondents by the next date of hearing.
Respondent no. 1 shall file an affidavit with regard to services to notices to rest of the private respondents.
Meanwhile, as in interim measure, subject to objections of the other side and till next date of hearing, no further promotion to the post of Assistant Executive Engineer shall be made.
