JAMMU, Sep 15: Registrar of Companies cum Official Liquidator, J&K and Ladakh, Syed Haamid Bukhari has proceeded for the Mid Career Training Program (MCTP) at the prestigious Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, ICLS Academy, Manesar from 14th September, 2026.
MCTP is a mandatory course for the civil Servants of all cadres before they are being prompted to the next Scale in their career ladder. Pertinently, after 9 years of service, an Officer of organised civil service is promoted to Junior Administrative Grade (JAG) in Government of India.
Haamid Bukhari is an officer of ICLS cadre belonging to 2017 batch, recruited through UPSC Civil Services Exam 2016 and ROC Haryana, Mr Sanjaya Verma is of 2011 batch of ICLS.
