Response to the supplementary affidavit stands filed by the respondents, a copy whereof, has been furnished to learned counsel for the petitioner in the open Court.
Respondent no. 2-Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner (M), Canal Road, Jammu is directed to produce policy and the decisions of the Government taken from time to time with respect to registration of the migrants, failing which, respondent no. 2 shall appear in person or through virtual mode on the next date of hearing.
