Jammu, Sep 06: DSEJ ordered for "Revocation of Suspension" in Ref to Govt. Order No.223-Edu of 2017 dated 16-05-2017, details with CTN read as under:-
Consequent upon the decision taken by the Review Committee in its meeting held on 22-08-2026 to review the suspension cases (Non-Gazetted) of Jammu Division, the suspension of Sh. Gulzar Ahmed Ganai, Retired Teacher Grade II, Govt. HS Dhedha, Zone Gool, District Ramban is hereby revoked.
The period of suspension shall be decided by the CEO Concerned as per rules.
However, the revocation of suspension order is subject to outcome of any court case, if any, pending before any competent court of law.
