Srinagar, Sep 2: J&K Govt ordered for declaration of services of Mr. Ishfaa Bashir, deccased MTS (Orderly), GHS Hyderpora, District Srinagar, as Quasi-Permanent, details with CTN read as under:-
In terms of Rule 3(1) of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Temporary Service) Rules, 1961, and without preiudice to the seniority of others, the services of Mr. Ishfag Bashir, deceased MTs (Orderly), GHS Hyderpora, District Srinagar, are hereby declared as Quasi-Permanent, against the post of MTS (Orderly) from the date of completion of 03-years continuous service in the Department viz 16/ 11/2019.
