Jammu, Aug 22: In M.A./815/2026 (JAMMU) In O.A./1385/2023 titled MOHD IQBAL Vs SCHOOL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
Chief Education Officer, Reasi and Zonal Education Officer, Chinkah appeared virtually before the Tribunal. Mr. Sudesh Magotra, learned Additional Advocate General prayed for some more time for implementing the order of the Tribunal, passed in O.A. No. 1385/2023.
Last opportunity is granted to the respondents to comply with the order, failing which salary of Respondent no. 2 and 3 would be attached on the next date of hearing.
