JAMMU, Aug 18: Jammu and Kashmir PWD fixed Seniority of Pushotam Kumar at Executive Engineer level.
Ther Order copy with Cross Town News rads "WHEREAS, a final seniority list of Executive Engineers (Civil) was issued vide Government Order No. 297-PW(R&B) of 2021 dated 07.10.2021; AND WHEREAS, the said final seniority list of Executive Engineers (Civil) was utiized for the regularization of Superintending Engineers (Civil); AND WHEREAS, Er. Purshotam Kumar was not figuring in the said seniority due to the reason that he was not regularized as Executive Engineer at that time; AND WHEREAS, Er Purshotam Kumar is figuring at S. No.121 in the seniority list of Assistant Executive Engineers (Civil) issued vide Government Order No. 73-PW(R&B) of 2021 dated 12.02.2021 above from Er. Ashok Kumar Khokhar (S.No.122) and below from Er.Atul Bali (S.No.119) and Er.Joginder Pal (S.No.120);".
The Order copy further reads "AND WHEREAS, the said Engineer has now been regularized as Executive Engineer (Civil) Degree Holder on the recommendations of J&K PSC vide Govern nent Order No. 317-PW(R&B) of 2025 dated 23.10.2025 w.e.f 01.07.2017 and his seniority is also required to be fixed at the level of Executive Engineer (Civil) in the seniority list of Executive Engineers (Civil) issued vide Government Order No. 297-PW(R&B) of 2021 dated 07.10.2021; NOW, THEREFORE, the seniority position 65-A, is hereby assigned to Er. Purshotam Kumar in the Final Seniority List of Executive Engineer (Civil) Degree Holders issued vide Government Order No. 297-PW(R&B) of 2021 dated 07.10.2021 above Er. Ashok Kumar Khokar (S.No.66)and below from Er. Atul Bali (S. No.65)."
