JAMMU, Aug 17: IAS Officer Bhupinder Kumar has been appointed Central Prabhari Officer for Aspirational Block Prpgramme for Pulwama district (Ichegoja) in Jammu and Kashmir, as per details with Cross Town News.
Bhupinder Kumar is 2011 batch IAS Officer of erstwhile Jammu and Kashmir cadre , which stands merged with AGMUT cadre.
He is presently posted as Director in Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas in Government of India.
Bhupinder has remained Secretary Health , Secretary PWD in Jammu and Kashmir.
