Mumbai, Aug 17: No doubts GOI has constituted big departments like FSSAI, FDA,LMD & F&S with a huge team of officers, with hundred of crore of salarys per month on public taxes to have a check a control on quality of food products & cost, with top class faciltiys & incentives to care for public but instead of that lot seems to care for them rather than public by having tough crackdown on adultrated food items & price control?, no doubts raised a question on the integrity of such like officers & above all on concerned Ministers & Commissioner/Secretarys?
But till today, only one officer Tukaram Mundhey has been seen acting in public interest by having a biggest ever crackdown on such issues & following which he today cracked down on renowned Parle Agro’s, suspended its license:
During inspections "Expired stock was found at its warehouse , Expired batches of Appy Fizz, Frooti and Candy Juice were found following which the warehouse was sealed.
It is to mention here that he has recently suspended the licenses of many big brands, like Burger King, Dominos, KFC, McDonald's etc etc, so one should be surprised to think that if all officers of FSSAI, FDA, LMD & F&S etc come together and use their power to get India free from such like culprits, health of every Indian shall come on ground with development of India.
It is shocking despite Mundheys alarming call on such like top concerns/brands, no other State/UT has bee seen acting on such brands to verify the qua;lity as per their dutys, no doubts raised a pointer towards their integrity & working both?
However, Social media is praising him and appreciating his work so much. I am still sad that this is happening only in Maharashtra but why not other States/UT's? Shall Prime Minister act & think over the said issue?
