Jammu, Aug 12: In T.A./5889/2020 in SWP/WP NO.1519/2014 titled ARSHID HUSSAIN DAR Vs D/O EDUCATION UT OF J & K after hearing CAT ordered as under:-
1. The matter otherwise pertains to the year 2014 and is listed in the column OLD HEARING MATTERS, where no adjournment shall be granted.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that Senior Counsel is not available to argue the matter, as such, prays for an adjournment in the matter.
3. The Court has reluctantly granted adjournment, keeping in view the age of the case which is around 12 years old.
However, in view of the submissions, prayer made is allowed.
