NAGPUR, Aug 05: A 20-year-old BBA student, arrested in the alleged abduction and sexual assault of a 16-year-old girl, has begun complaining about dingy walls and a stinking toilet in lock-up and demanded pizza for breakfast and premium food for dinner.
He is also refusing custodial interrogation after his top lawyer alleged police highhandedness in court.
The accused, who refused medical examination and treatment, also refused to share his cell phone password and the survivor’s mobile, which he took control of during her 24-hour captivity.
